Capped Commission: Agents earn an 80/20 split until they reach the cap (USD$16,000 varies in other countries) after which agents receive 100% of their commission for the year. Top-producing agents who achieve ICON Agent Status by reaching their cap and achieving certain cultural goals receive their entire cap amount in eXp stock.

Revenue Share: A portion of the 20% split gets paid to agents as passive income to agents who sponsor other agents and their sponsors.
